To Order
Online Shop: The easiest way to order art supplies and resources from us is our online store at www.psykheartz.com.au. We accept Credit Card and PayPal.
Open by Appointment: We know that sometimes online shopping can be hard, or perhaps you or a loved one are involved in our transformational Art Therapy sessions. If you'd like to view products before or after your Art Therapy appointment or prefer to view a product before purchasing, reach out to us and we can arrange an appointment in Caroline Springs, Vic and you can check it out in person.
Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you'll recieve an email from us confirming your purchase. If you don't receive an email, please check your junk mail folder to make sure it isn't hiding there. Otherwise, contact us via our Contact form and we'll get another copy to you.
Shipping
We work as fast as possible to pack and dispatch your order, and usually process orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. However, sometimes life and work gets busy, which may result in small delays. We'll let you know if this happens.
We currently offer standard domestic shipping within Australia. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we aren't shipping internationally, but may open this up in the future.
We aim to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible, and make it super easy, so we offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 for all orders under $85 Australia wide. If you spend over $85 shipping is FREE!
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll recieve an email from us with your tracking number. All orders will be sent with a tracking number so you can find out where you order is at all times. GENERAL RETURNS ㅤ
We only partner with high quality brands and guarantee that you love our supplies and resources as much as we do! So we do have a 30-day return policy, for your peace of mind, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for any return costs. ㅤ
How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us via our Contact form and we'll provide you with the full return address.
We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit, and if you do not have tracking or insurance you are liable and will not qualify for the refund. The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURING FAULTㅤPsykheartz provide a 14 manufacturing warantee, in the rare case your item is faulty. We personally check every item for quality control before we send off orders. Please contact us via the contact button with the following details if you believe your item is indeed faulty:- Name- Item to return- Photos of fault. Ifthe issue is the result of a manufacturing fault, we will send you our shipping information for you to post the item back to us safely. Please make sure you use a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost return items.
In the rare case we are unable to repair the item or replace it, you will be credited the original costs including postage.
